Hubungan Faktor Demografi dan Motivasi dengan Kepatuhan Perawat Dalam Penggunaan SOP Terhadap Pencegahan Pasien Jatuh di UPT Puskesmas Sibulue

Abstract

One of the goals of patient safety in puskesmas is to reduce the risk of falling patients. The root of the problem of falling incidents comes from the level of nurse compliance in the implementation of the SOP which can be one of the risk factors for falling incidents. Several factors that influence nurse compliance and the use of SOPs are demographic and motivational factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between demographic and motivational factors with nurse compliance in the use of SOPs for preventing patient falls. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive analytic through a Cross Sectional Study approach. Based on the results of the Chi-Square analysis test on bivariate variables using the SPSS 22 computer program on the relationship variables of demographic factors with nurse compliance in the use of SOPs for patient fall prevention, the value =0.389> =0.05, =0.514> = 0.05, = 0.253> = 0.05, = 0.369> = 0.05, = 0.337> = 0.05, = 0.545> = 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is no relationship between demographic factors and nurses' compliance in the use of SOPs towards prevention of patient falls. Meanwhile, on the variable of the relationship between motivational factors and nurse compliance in the use of SOPs to prevent patient falls, the value of = 0.000 ∝ =0.05, ρ=0,514> ∝ =0.05, ρ=0,253> ∝ =0.05, ρ=0,369> ∝ =0.05, ρ=0,337> ∝ =0.05, ρ=0,545> ∝ =0.05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan faktor demografi dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam penggunaan SOP terhadap pencegahan pasien jatuh di UPT Puskesmas Sibulue. Sementara pada variabel hubungan faktor motivasi dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam penggunaan SOP terhadap pencegahan pasien jatuh di UPT Puskesmas Sibulue diperoleh nilai ρ=0,000< ∝ =0.05, ρ=0,001< ∝ =0.05, ρ=0,000< ∝ =0.05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan faktor motivasi dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam penggunaan SOP terhadap pencegahan pasien jatuh di UPT Puskesmas Sibulue.
