Abstract

Collaborative management of performance and salary of college teachers is one of the core ways of university management informationization. The design of college teachers’ performance payroll management system benefits from the organic combination of management science and information technology. This paper automatically generates the teacher’s performance allowance through the division of labor and process of several main functional modules, combined with the parameter setting and calculation of the system. Thereby it achieves the optimal allocation of limited resources in colleges and universities and the rational distribution of performance pay. While motivating faculty and staff to be dedicated and self-fulfilling, we will achieve a win-win situation in which teachers and colleges complement each other and achieve harmonious progress.
