Abstract

The article focuses on a study of women's opinion towards hypothetical utility of intimate partner violence (IPV) screening at Kenyatta National Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya. Topics discussed include collection of data by two female interviewers; involvement of health providers in the screening and referral process; and hidden demand for IPV services.
