Abstract

The great concern of the present article is to fit filogenetic and ontogenetic the development of the mathematics, fitting it in the context of the hierarchy of the language. Thus, we will start for pointing out the mathematics or the quantitative language as culminating the dynamics evolution of the language. Then, we will make reference to the development of the quantitative language, supporting us for such in one theory of cognitive development, which, as it is known, it is organized from the concrete for abstract. Next, it will be our intentions make one brief reference to the different components or areas of the mathematics, particularly the Arithmetic. To finish, we will relate some concerns that must be underlying to the process of instruction or education of the mathematics.
