Abstract

This paper describes a reference model for open source software (OSS) processes and its application towards discovering such processes from OSS project artifacts. This reference model is the means to map evidence of an enacted process to a classification of agents, resources, tools, and activities that characterize the process. © 2007 International Federation for Information Processing.
