Abstract

Lots, blocks, and streets comprise a network whose morphology can be described as having permeability, connectedness, and accessibility. Beyond the scope of this paper is accessibility that, here, describes a right to light, to ventilation, to green places, to appeal to shared meaning and, even in beauty, to their inhabitants.
