Abstract

Achieving quality jobs and good jobs offers has become one of the main aims of youth employability programmes. This is why the elements shaping [configuring] quality employment must be analyzed and made problematic. Through the concept of quality jobs and through the indicators proposed by different international organizations, the contributions of the Spanish Youth Guarantee Scheme to the challenge of quality jobs will be assessed; and also if it is being useful for reducing youth unemployment rates.
