Abstract

The US market for industrial curtains is reviewed. The applications are where a protective pliant wall is better than a solid one and include uses in factories, warehouses, oil pumping stations and loading docks. Examples are given of companies manufacturing curtains for US Navy ships, welding and general industrial curtains. In most cases, industrial curtains form a small but profitable part of each company's product range.
