Abstract

The teacher as one of the implementers of education in schools is an important factor in achieving the success of the quality of education. Teachers in producing their performance can not be separated from the work culture that is applied in an educational institution. Therefore, work culture will affect teacher performance.The purpose of this study are describe concept of work culture, concept of teachers’ performance, and the influence of work culture on teachers’ performance. The result of this study is work culture influence on teachers’ performance.
