Abstract

This book about the chemistry and mode of action of organophosphorus insecticides lays particular stress upon the way in which activity is related to structure. It has three main themes; How the basic types of pesticides are produced and the chemical knowhow to do this; how definite compounds are prepared; their chemical structure and applications and mechanisms of action.
