Abstract

Through the careful comparison and analysis of rule changes in international sports aerobics between 2005-2008 and 2009-2012, the results show that adjustments have been made in art, completion, difficulty, venue and time for new rules, and the new cycle rules tend to be more standardized, detailed and rationalized, which guide the development of competitive aerobics in a wider range. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
