Abstract

The transmission of the Catholic religion is the responsibility of the Church and all baptised members, as well as Catholic institutions and agencies. The ultimate aim of Catholic schools is to aid the Church in fulfilling her responsibilities. Catholic leaders across many geographical regions engage in critically reflecting on the ways in which their schools transmit a contemporary Catholic religious dimension.
