Abstract

Development of civilisation would have not happened without carbon emission in most cases. But carbon emissions are now believed to add to global warming and subsequent climate change events. Scientists believe that the world has already burnt half the fossil fuels necessary to bring about 2{\textdegree}C rise in global temperature.
