Abstract

Abstact : This research is an explanatory research. The analysis used is path analysis which is an applied form of multiple regression analysis. Variables in this study include the ratio of Joint Effect of Physical Evidence Effect (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Guarantee (X4), Reliability (X5), and Patient Satisfaction (Y1) Significant Influence on Word of Mouth ( WOM) (Y2) as the dependent variable. The population in this study is the Patients of Kelua Health Center in Tabalong Regency as many as 300 (Three Hundred) people and all of them are sampled in this study. From the results of data analysis it can be seen that in sub-structure 1 there are significant direct and indirect influences between Physical Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Guarantee (X4), Reliability (X5), Against Patient Satisfaction ( Y1) and in sub-structure 1 there are also direct and indirect influences Physical Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Guarantee (X4), Reliability (X5), and Patient Satisfaction (Y1) Significant to Word of Mouth (WOM) (Y2) Keywords: Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Reliability, Patient Satisfaction, and Word of Mouth (WOM)   Abstrak : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  penjelasan atau explanatory research. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) yang merupakan suatu bentuk terapan dari analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analisysis).  Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi rasio Pengaruh Bersama Pengaruh Bukti Fisik (X1),Kehandalan(X2), Daya Tanggap(X3), Jaminan(X4), Kehandalan(X5), dan Kepuasan Pasien (Y1) Mempengaruhi secara Signifikant terhadap Word of Mouth (WOM) (Y2) sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Pasien Puskesmas Kelua Kabupaten Tabalong sebanyak 300 (Tiga Ratus) orang dan semuanya dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil analisis data dapat diketahui pada sub struktur 1 terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung yang signifikan antara Bukti Fisik (X1),Kehandalan(X2), Daya Tanggap(X3), Jaminan(X4), Kehandalan(X5), Terhadap  Kepuasan Pasien (Y1) dan pada sub struktur 1 terdapat  juga terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung Bukti Fisik (X1),Kehandalan(X2), Daya Tanggap(X3), Jaminan(X4), Kehandalan(X5), dan Kepuasan Pasien (Y1) Mempengaruhi secara Signifikant terhadap Word of Mouth (WOM) (Y2)    Kata kunci: Bukti Fisik, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, Kehandalan, Kepuasan Pasien, dan Word of Mouth (WOM)
