Abstract

Ultrafast electron injection( ca. 50 fs) and subsequent relaxation of electrons in Ru(II)(SCN)2L2[L=2,2'bupyridyl-4,4'-dicarboxylate] (also called N3) dye sensitized nanocrystalline TiO2 thin films were studied by directly probing electrons using femtosecond IR spectroscopy.
