Abstract

There have been significant refinements in the surgical procedures available for many infertile men. Microsurgery for vasovasostomy and vasoepididymostomy described more than 25 yr ago has been further defined and expanded to include surgery for varicoceles and sperm retrieval from men with obstructive and nonobstructive azoospermia. © 2006 Humana Press Inc.
