Abstract

Digital literacy (DA) is a second literacy which makes us reorganize competences already acquired. It is necessary because of the increasing presence of technology at every social sphere. That is why AD promotes learning in all the new technology languages. A process which has to reach all the strata and social groups to avoid the discrimination of people who were born before the spread of CIT (communication and information technologies) which are now used and who lack the skills for their use and possibilities. Nevertherless, we can't forget the guiding needs of the new digital generations which use technologies without any criteria and in a little reflexive way because they lack a previous learning process.
