Abstract

This paper aims to improve the level and efficiency of knowledge transfer among Supply Chain Companies, strengthen the companies' knowledge and knowledge innovation skill and enhance the advantage of supply chain competition. Using AHP and GRAP, this study analyses the influence factors of knowledge transfer among Supply Chain Companies, construct evaluation model of knowledge transfer effect. Thus, through the calculation and comparison of grey correlation among different influential factors, this study concludes the order of knowledge transfer effect among Supply Chain Companies. Therefore, based on the results of the study, this paper tends to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer among Supply Chain Companies under effective control. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
