Abstract

The impacts of severe convective weather events like thunderstorm and hailstorm accompanied with squall during the pre-monsoon season are very high with devastating catastrophic effect. Nowcasting of such events are done with near 100 % accuracy with the help of Doppler Weather Radar products. But short-range forecasting of the same is a challenging task.
