Abstract

Assessment has come a long way to reach the current sustainable approach. Where assessment is considered a practice that relates assessment and learning prospectively. Taking this framework into account, our goal is to design an apparent and content validation of an instrument to rate the competence perceived by university students regarding their own competences and skills. The process followed to reach our goal was implemented gradually, it consisted on an experts' validation and a pilot study. Finally, we have identified 37 performances in 10 basic competences related with sustainable assessment. These performances constitute the basis of the COMPES self-report.
