Legal education in Ukraine in the context of integration to the european educational space

Abstract

This article examined the legal education in Ukraine in the context of integration into the European educational space. The attention was focused on the forms of the legal process since the definition of the concepts of means and forms and their delineation is not practical for the organization of all types of work on legal education, it is suggested to concentrate exactly on the forms and their content filling and not to be lost in the philological differentiation and interpretation of synonymous content terms and use the category “legal education form”. It is proposed to abandon outdated (soviet) forms of legal education (legal propaganda and legal agitation), focus on filling law (legal) education, legal practice, self-education and focus on high-quality new ones. In our opinion, a special type of legal education such as a legal clinic should be highlighted.
