Radial head and neck fractures, as well as olecranon fractures, are often seen in the pediatric and adolescent populations. This chapter examines the epidemiology, pathoanatomy, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment options of radial head and neck fractures as well as olecranon fractures. Neither nonoperative nor surgical outcomes of these injuries in children have been extensively studied. Data from the limited number of pediatric studies, as well as data extrapolated from the adult literature, will be discussed. The nonoperative and operative management options are presented from technique to outcome, along with their associated complications.
