Abstract

An information-driven agriculture is firstly agriculture digitalization, the foundation of which is the construction of agricultural information networks. Based on the methods of website evaluation, an indicator system of efficiency evaluation for agricultural information websites is constructed in this thesis. Then the efficiency of 17 municipal websites in Shandong province are analyzed by the C2R Model in DEA. The result declares that 3 of these websites are related effective and the other 14 are non-effective. By an analysis of projection, this thesis also gives suggestions to improve the performance of the non-effective. © 2011 IFIP International Federation for Information Processing.
