Abstract

The automotive industry has been one of the recent success stories of the Moroccan economy. In fact, no one can deny the increasing importance and presence of automotive suppliers on Moroccan territory during the past six years, especially in the northern region. This industry has its own peculiarities in term of physical, informational and financial flows management. Hence, we felt the need to write a dedicated paper, focusing particularly on inventory compounds of automotive suppliers. More specifically, we found interesting to study the Work In Process stock integrity. A case study was the base for writing this article. After the presentation of some theoretical and methodological concepts, we will present the results obtained during our investigation.
