Different culture media in different volumes were exposed to microwave (MW) irradiation for 2, 3 and 4 minutes to investigate the ability of MW to destroy microorganisms and compared with media sterilized by conventional autoclaving method. MW sterilized media were screened for microbial growth. Exposure of different microorganisms to microwave irradiation resulted in destruction of all microorganisms within 3 minutes. Using MW for irradiation is a practical, easy, rapid and energy saving way to sterilize different types of culture media with no effects on the quality of culture media and microbial growth after sterilization. It can be used as alternative apparatus instead of autoclave in microbiology laboratories for preparing different sizes in rapid and routine experiments especially in the conditions of the weak electricity current and interruption. ﺘﻌﻘﻴﻡ ﺍﻷﻭﺴﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺯﺭﻋﻴﺔ ﻟﻸﺤﻴﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺼﺩﺓ ﺠﻬﺎﺯ ﻤﻥ ﺒﺩﻻ ﺍﻟﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺠﺎﺕ ﺠﻬﺎﺯ ﺒﺎﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻬﺭﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﺨﺹ ﺘﻌﺭﻴﺽ ﺘﻡ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻫﺫﻩ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻭﺴﺎﻁ ﻤﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ ﺯﺭﻋﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺒﺄﺤ ﺠﺎﻡ ﻤﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺃﺸﻌﺔ ﻟﻤﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺠﺎﺕ ﺠﻬﺎﺯ 4,3,2 ﺩﻗﺎﺌﻕ ﻗﺩﺭﺓ ﻟﺘﺤﺭﻱ ﺍﻷﺸﻌﺔ ﻟﺘﺤﻁﻴﻡ ﺍﻷﺤﻴﺎﺀ ﺘﻌﻘﻴﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﺩﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺼﺩﺓ ﺠﻬﺎﺯ ﻤﻊ ﻗﻭﺭﻨﺕ ﻭ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻬﺭﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﺴﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﺩﻴﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﻁﺭﻴﻘﺔ. ﻨﻤﻭ ﺘﺤﺭﻱ ﺘﻡ ﻭﻗﺩ ﺍﻷﺤﻴﺎﺀ ﻫﺫﻩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻬﺭﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﺴﺎﻁ ﺘﻌﻘﻴﻤﻬﺎ ﺒﻌﺩ ﺍﻟﺯﺭﻋﻴﺔ ﺒﺎﻷﺸﻌﺔ. ﺃﺩﻯ ﺘ ﻌﺭﻴﺽ ﺍﻷﺤﻴﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻬﺭﻴﺔ ﻷﺸﻌﺔ ﺨﻼل ﺒﺎﻟﻜﺎﻤل ﺘﺤﻁﻴﻤﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺠﺎﺕ 3 ﺍﻻﺒﻭﺍﻍ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺒﻤﺎ ﺩﻗﺎﺌﻕ ﻟﻠﺒﻜﺘﻴﺭﻴﺎ ﺍﻟﺩﺍﺨﻠﻴﺔ. ﺘﻌﻘﻴﻡ ﻁﺭﻴﻘﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﺴﺎﻁ ﺴﺭﻴﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺠﺎﺕ ﺠﻬﺎﺯ ﺒﺎﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﺯﺭﻋﻴﺔ ، ﺴﻬﻠﺔ ، ﻤﻘﺎﺭﻨﺔ ﻁﺎﻗﺔ ﺘﻭﻓﺭ ﻭ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﻜ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻴﺅﺜﺭ ﺍﻥ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺒﺎﻟﻤﻭﺼﺩﺓ ﺒﺎﻟﺘﻌﻘﻴﻡ ﺘﻠﻙ ﻔﺎﺀﺓ ﺍﻷﻭﺴﺎﻁ ﻨﻤﻭ ﺍﻭ ﺍﻷﺤﻴﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻬﺭﻴﺔ ﻋﻨﺩ ﺘﻨﻤﻴﺘﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ. ﻴﻤﻜﻥ ﻟﺫﻟﻙ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺠﻬﺎﺯ ﻟﺘﻌﻘﻴﻡ ﻟﻠﻤﻭﺼﺩﺓ ﻜﺒﺩﻴل ﺍﻟﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺠﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﻭﺴﺎﻁ ﻤﺨﺘﺒﺭﺍﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺯﺭﻋﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺤﻴﺎﺀ ﺘﺤﻀﻴﺭ ﻋﻨﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻬﺭﻴﺔ ﺃﺤﺠﺎﻡ ﻓﻲ ﻤﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ ﺭﻭﺘﻴﻨﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺴﺭﻴﻌﺔ ﺍﺨﺘﺒﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﻅﺭﻭﻑ ﻓﻲ ﺨﺼﻭﺼﺎ ﻭ ﺭﺩﺍﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﻜﻬﺭﺒﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﻴﺎﺭ ﻭﻀﻌﻑ ﺍﻨﻘﻁﺎﻋﻪ ﻭ ﺀ .
