Abstract

Briefly describe the general anatomy of the lumbar spine. Endoscopic surgery-related surgical approaches and endoscopic anatomy were described in detail. It is convenient for the effective identification of the normal anatomy and lesions under endoscopy, which is of great significance for improving the accuracy of surgery and reducing the operative complications. A detailed description of the anatomy related to transforaminal approach and interlaminar approach will facilitate the understanding of the safety anatomy of the two surgical approaches and will help readers master the technical points of these two surgical approaches.
