Abstract

Now in the twenty-first century, we are facing serious environmental problems on the global scale. Global warming by carbon dioxide, an increase of ultraviolet light due to the breakdown of the ozone layer, etc. Can be mentioned as examples. The concept of environmental protection has been strengthened and has prevailed through many unfortunate episodes and conferences about environmental protection. Several include the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Kyoto, Japan. In this chapter, we summarize the historical development of the concept and also the current situation.
