MANAJEMEN MUTU PERGURUAN TINGGI KEAGAMAAN ISLAM SWASTA (PTKIS)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal quality management in Private Islamic Religious Colleges in West Java. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive analysis method with the object of research in one of PTKIS a in Bandung City and Garut Regency. The techniques applied in this data collection are through interviews, observation, documentation. Based on the findings of the researchers, in the planning stage there are several policy stages taken: Structuring, Controlling, and Strengthening Institutions; Academic Standardization of Islamic Higher Education Institutions; Quality Improvement and Lecturer Welfare (Qualification and Certification Improvement), Development of Academic and Student Affairs Programs, Development of the Workforce Program, Optimization of the Assistance Program. in the Implementation of Quality Management: Building a Development Strategy, Creating trust and confidence for stakeholders, Building competitive advance centers, Developing ICT (Information and Communication Technology), Building professionalism, ensuring quality and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders, Building cooperation with other institutions, developing commitments Islamization of the academic community.
