In the current environment, the performance and sustainability of companies require collaborators committed to the organization. Organizational Civic Behavior explains the desirable behavior and participation of employees through actions that go beyond those defined in the position. Organizational Civic Behavior can be explained through the personal characteristics of the collaborator, so the present study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Civic Behavior in employees of companies in the city of Guayaquil-Ecuador. The study was carried out with a sample of 994 employees who worked in different com panies, it has a non-experimental cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach and correlational scope. Through a model of structural equations, the relationships between the study variables were established, and it was found that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant impact on Civic Behavior at the individual and organizational level.
