My short speech is referring to one of the three topics on which the conference is focused: the culture. More precisely is referring to the tangible cultural heritage, ie the set of archaeological, architectural and artistic artifacts. As we know most of this heritage is located in Europe and in particular in Italy. We also know that it is now widely believed that this heritage is one of the greatest resources upon which we can base the development of our countries, including economic. Starting from these premises, I would like to bring to your attention three points.
