Abstract

The EU's General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), which came into effect on May 25, 2018, is the most concerned personal data protection legal document in the world, and it will inevitably have a profound impact on the construction of personal data protection systems in other countries and regions. It is generally believed that the GDPR is a further implementation and extension of the EU's consistent position to strengthen the protection of personal data as a basic right.
