ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan daerah yang rawan mengalami bencana alam, seperti gempa bumi, tsunami, banjir, tanah longsor, dan bencana lainnya. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, tercatat banyak bencana alam yang terjadi di wilayah Indonesia. Bantuan bagi korban bencana harus dilakukan sesera mungkin untuk mencegah kesakitan dan kerusakan bagi korban banjir. Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk pencegahan awal penyakit pasca banjir dan kekurangan makanan bagi korban banjir. Kegiatan dilakukan berupa pendirian pos Kesehatan pertama dan bantuan makanan bagi korban banjir. terbentuknya pos Kesehatan pertama dan terdistribusinya makanan bagi korban banjir. Disimpulkan bahwa pendirian pos Kesehatan utama mampu mengatasi masalah gangguan Kesehatan dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pangan awal fase bencana. The purpose of this Community Service is to prevent early post-flood disease and food shortages for flood victims. Activities carried out in the form of establishing the first health post and food assistance for flood victims. Establishment of the first health post and distribution of food for flood victims. It was concluded that the establishment of the main health post was very helpful for flood victims who experienced health problems and food assistance helped fulfill food needs at the beginning of the disaster phase.
