ANALISIS KRIMINOLOGI ATAS PERBUATAN PEMBUNUHAN DI KABUPATEN BULUKUMBA

Abstract

Abstrak Kajian tentang peristiwa pidana menarik untuk dianalisis dari sisi kriminologi disebabkan oleh beberapa hal: pertama bahwa kajian kriminologi diharapkan dapat menjelaskan sejauhmana tingkat pertumbuhan angka kejahatan itu tinggi di tengah masyarakat. Kedua, bahwa perbubatan hukum tidak semata terjadi karena adanya faktor normatif hukum sendiri, melainkan juga dipengaruhi oleh adanya faktor-faktor pencetus di luar hukum, seperti kemiskinan, masalah sosial, dan sebagainya. rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, Apakah penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana pembunuhan di Kabupaten Bulukumba? Kedua, Bagaimana upaya pencegahan tindak pidana pembunuhan di Kabupaten Bulukumba? Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teori gabungan tindak pidana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana pembunuhan di Kabupaten Bulukumba adalah salah satunya adanya kenakalan remaja yang tidak dapat dikontrol karena terputus pedidikannya. Kata Kunci: Kriminologi, Tindak Pidana, Bulukumba Abstrak The study of criminal events is interesting to analyze from a criminological perspective due to several things: first, that criminological studies are expected to be able to explain the extent to which the growth rate of crime rates is high in society. Second, that legal action does not only occur because of the normative factors of the law itself, but is also influenced by the existence of precipitating factors outside the law, such as poverty, social problems, and so on. The formulation of the problem in this study are: First, what is the cause of the crime of murder in Bulukumba Regency? Second, what are the efforts to prevent the crime of murder in Bulukumba Regency? The theory used in this research is to use the combined theory of criminal acts. The method used in this study is an empirical legal research method. The results of this study explain that the cause of the crime of murder in Bulukumba Regency is one of them is juvenile delinquency that cannot be controlled because of the disconnection of education.
