The authors discuss the possibility of systemic hemangiomatosis that is difficult to diagnose and treat. In the case they dealt with a disseminated involvement of the oral cavity was combined with lymph node angiomas and, possibly, with angiomas of other organs. The condition had to be differentiated from tuberculosis, Hodgkin's disease, leukemia, and multiple tumors.
