Abstract

The use of methods for the biological conversion of organic waste with the production of biogas and high-quality organic fertilizers while simultaneously solving a number of environmental issues from pollution is an urgent task. Due to the fact that a significant part of the biogas produced is spent on the own needs of a biogas plant, it is necessary to improve the systems for heat supply of biogas plants. The aim of the work is to develop an intellectualized system of automatic control and monitoring of parameters for the heat supply of a biogas plant while simultaneously optimizing the process of burning biogas obtained by anaerobic bioconversion of organic matter of liquid organic waste. The developed system allows optimizing the process of biogas combustion with obtaining the heat carrier in the required quantity and quality while reducing temperature fluctuations in the anaerobic bioreactor and minimizing emissions in the process of biogas combustion.
