Abstract
Welcome to 2020 IEEE 5th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (IEEE ICITE2020). This year, our annual Conference was planned to be held in Beijing, September 11-13, 2020. The conference offered an opportunity for researchers from around the world to exchange ideas and information. A wide of array of keynote talks, oral presentations, posters sessions, and tours are planned. But, unfortunately, due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus around the world, we have to curry on our presentations online.
