Abstract

The family is the smallest unit in society that have significant importance in the development process, women have animportant role in shaping dignified families and foster families. Governmentand Statecan learn from women about how to manage or make the 'desa' as a place to work as well as home. Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) is an women's movement organization that make a real contribution to the Stateof trans boundary strata,ethnicity,and religion withfamily as a priority. Members of PKK are a partner with government and community organizations that serve as facilitator, planners, implementers, controllers on each division for the implementation of the Ten PKK Programs.
