We report an opportunity to solve a matter of tooth damage after partial remove or carries damage. Innovation on novels bio-ceramic amalgams based on Hydroxyapatite-Metal (HAP-M, M = Co, Ni) with low metal concentration was used to reduce the toxicity risk and increase the mechanical, electrical and thermal performances. The novel bio-ceramic amalgams present a natural tooth sensation. Hydroxyapatite powders doped with metal ions were characterized by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) for chemical elements concentration. The results show that the chemical concentration of cobalt and nickel in our hydroxyapatite samples are lower than international reference level of cobalt and nickel toxicity for health use.
