CONSIDERAÇÕES SOBRE AFETOS E VIOLÊNCIAS NO ESPAÇO ESCOLAR: CONVERSAÇÕES COM PROFESSORES

Abstract

RESUMO:O artigo trata da práxis psicanalítica no contexto educacional. No modelo da "pesquisa-intervenção", as autoras ofereceram espaços de conversação a professores(as) de uma escola da rede pública, realizando cerca de dez encontros. Procurou-se incentivar a associação coletivizada entre pares, no intuito de criar condições de se falar sobre o mal-estar no cotidiano escolar, trazido por eles para discussão e relacionado, sobretudo, aos afetos, à violência e às querelas da autoridade. Contextualizando as questões políticas que caracterizam as relações de poder dentro da escola, analisam-se algumas categorias recorrentes na fala dos(as) professores(as), de modo a levantar e elucidar pontos críticos relativos à ação e à reflexão dos educadores a respeito da violência "de que" e/ou "a que" são sujeitos nos dias atuais. A partir da análise desse material, o artigo aborda a questão do desejo no espaço escolar diante dos imperativos sociais e institucionais, relacionando-os à violência enquanto sintoma social para além dos muros da escola.ABSTRACT:The article deals with the psychoanalytic practice in the educational context. In the model of "intervention research", the authors offered dialogue spaces to teachers in a public school, performing about 10 meetings. It was sought to encourage collectivized association among peers in order to elaborate the malaise in everyday school life, brought by them for discussion especially related to emotions, violence and quarrels of authority. Contextualizing the political issues that characterize the relations of power within the school, some categories were analyzed in the speech of the teachers to lift and to elucidate the action points and critical reflection of educators about the violence "that they are submitted" and "are the subject" nowadays. From the analysis of this material, the article addresses the issue of desire at school in front of social and institutional imperatives, relating them to violence as a social symptom beyond the school walls.
