Abstract

Maternal mortality in the presence of Eisenmenger syndrome is reported to be 30 to 50% & increases further with associated complications. A case of Eisenmenger syndrome in pregnancy where the patient progressively deteriorated postpatrum & expired 3 weeks later is reported.
