Abstract

This text aims to set the limits on parallel trials by Colombian law. This article answers the following research. What constitutional limits exist between the right to freedom of expression of the media, in the case of media coverage of judicial processes and parallel trials?. All through a qualitative research method, based on a documentary research design the at gives an account of the current state of the discussion.
