Abstract

The effort ofpositioning the Islamic Law isvery urgent to putinto in 'action in orderthatthe law material is applicable at the Constitution Court in which finally itbecomes absolute competence ofReligion Court. Besides that, itisaimed to unify thelawtoward thecertain law, because thejudges at the Religion Couii would referto the same law.
