Abstract

International shipping economic is a modern, high-tech industry. The quality of management seafarers not only affects the economic development of the shipping industry, but also directly affects the employment of navigation management students in international enterprises. This paper analyzes the primary and secondary indicators of the influence factors of international navigation management talents driven by STCW by the analytical hierarchy process. The purpose is to introduce advanced foreign school concepts, school models, and school systems in the context of internationalization, and strengthen academic exchanges with foreign countries, promote the reform and innovation of navigation vocational education, and the process of internationalization of Navigation Economic Management Talents education, and enable the trained students to better adapt to the needs of the international economy and international shipowners.
