Abstract

Bronchial provocation tests are necessary for precise aetiological diagnosis in bronchial asthma. This is illustrated by the results in 9,364 bronchial provocation tests compared with skin tests and nasal tests. The technique of bronchial provocation testing and its interpretation are described in detail.
