Abstract

Once a company has defined and documented all requirements in a standard for accessibility, what is the best way of making sure that development teams observe them as intended? Which factors can require revisions to be made to the Accessibility Standard? What are the key milestones for the planning of all development activities around the standard? What areas have to be tested to have a quality assurance and how can the result be given to the customer to serve legal and individual requirements? In this presentation you will get an overview about quality processes and milestones for the development and monitoring of business software in the area of accessibility at SAP. © 2008 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
