Abstract

InterActor is a speech-input-driven CG-embodied interaction character that can generate communicative movements and actions for entrained interaction. InterPuppet, on the other hand, is an embodied interaction character that is driven by both speech input, like the InterActor, and hand motion input, like a puppet. In this study, we apply InterPuppet to video content production and construct a system to evaluate the content production. Self-evaluation of long-term (5-day) video content production demonstrates the effectiveness of the developed system. © 2009 Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
