Abstract

Graphene shows promise for applications in flexible electronics. Here, we describe our procedure to transfer graphene grown on copper substrates by chemical vapor deposition to polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and SiO2/Si surfaces. The transfer of graphene was achieved by a simple, etching-free method onto flexible PDMS substrates.
