Abstract

Presented here is a summary of some previous work on the application, to several numerical models displaying chaos, of an algorithm suggested by Takens (1981) to calculate the capacity of attractors from the time series of a single observable, the description of some new preliminary results on using the algorithm to calculate topological entropy
