Abstract

This chapter elaborates in the concepts of governance, risk, and vulnerability assessment in system of systems. The lens of system of systems (SOS) is used to look into the nature of our natural world. This is done using readily and publicly available data from USA’s Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) World Factbook. The developed model suggests the possibility of measuring (and even predict) the vulnerability of nations based on a number of indicators.
