Comments on the implications of new radiocarbon dates from the Holsteinsborg region, central West Greenland.

Abstract

New radiocarbon dates from the Holsteinborg region, from the coastal area between Amerdloq fjord and Nordre Stromfjord west of longitude 52oW, add to the 14C data already published, making a total of 51 dates. However, it is obvious that the Holocene emergence history of West Greenland has not yet been satisfactorily defined these marine shell data have limited utility. -from Author
